Dual Recovery Therapy (DRT) is for people with both substance use and mental health challenges. It combines addiction treatment therapies (Relapse Prevention, Motivational Enhancement Therapy, and 12-Step Facilitation) and mental approaches (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Social Skills Training).
