Strength In Peers works in partnership with Sentara RMH to assist individuals who are homeless with after-care following discharge from an inpatient hospitalization. Safe and Secure provides temporary shelter, health education, and assistance connecting to community services to address primary care, behavioral health, housing, employment and other needs. Eligibility is strictly limited. Referrals from the emergency room are not accepted.
