Peer Support Groups

In Shenandoah and Page Counties, our peer support groups are offered via secure video conference using Zoom.  Our groups provide individuals struggling with substance use, mental health, and trauma-related challenges support from a community facing similar issues. All adults are welcome and encouraged to join our groups.

Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP)

WRAP Is a wellness and recovery approach that help people to: 1) decrease and prevent intrusive or troubling feelings and behaviors, 2) increase personal empowerment, 3) improve quality of life, and 4) achieve their own life goals and dreams. SMART Recovery
